Save yourself the stress, these five stars are probably paid or fake accounts. They immediately charged my credit card which came up as fraud to my company so luckily I was able to call and cancel before they charged me a cancelation fee, which apparently they misbook everyone in order to charge them that fee. Capitol one is now sending me a new card because that company is on such high alert I'm better off canceling the card.

I'm truly sorry that you feel this way. We try our hardest to provide the best customer care and we have many satisfied customers. As we're a Spanish based company some banks may block the transaction due to being international. If it happens, we always refund customer in full. We have many brands in different countries and cancellation policy depends on the market. I sincerely apologise that you've found it unclear.
