They ban your account without warning. My account got banned for listing violations when i didn't violate any of their rules. I made another account to try it again and got ban for listing violation and for having multiple accounts. They didn't even tell me what listing violation i broke.

You can submit a support ticket regarding this matter and someone can specify the reason. Be sure to put "Sitejabber" in the subject line. For future reference, if an account is removed for a violation, any new account created after will be removed as a multiple to an account removed for our terms violation.
