I ordered a visa gift card for my elderly grandparents 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas. I then get an email 3 days before Christmas mysteriously stating that my order has been cancelled. No explanation, no customer service number or email for questions. I found a service email on their site (after more searching than should be necessary). I am still waiting for a response. Don't order anything from this site if you are trying to get gifts out in time for a holiday or birthday. It'll just make you look bad.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it. Go to a grocery store or order something from Amazon.com, a site that holds itself accountable to its customers.
