This customer stated that she broke a bottle of the product we bought from us and demanded for us to send her another one or she was going to take her business and her friends along with her to buy the HCG Drops somewhere else. We always strive to accommodate the requests and needs of our customers but won't stand foe the abusive language she employed to get the issue resolve. Black mail is something we just can't tolerate.
