I could not get my order to go through, I called and the guy said it was because I some how had two accounts so he merged them, still did not work, I got customer service on the computer she said I did not have a password, which I explained I did, so she reset it and said it would work fine now, still did not work, I contacted them again, and again they did something and said it would work. Well this time I contacted them and told them to close my account after 5 hours and contacting them 5 times and no one would stay with me to make sure my order would go through I went to QVC and guess what my order went through without a problem! So good bye to HSN and hello to QVC!
