I was a little skeptical purchasing tickets from my phone but really liked the app and it was a quick and painless process to purchase tickets. Got the confirmation within seconds and the e-tickets were available shortly thereafter. Did not even take an hour to have everything processed for me! Love it! I'm excited to go to my game now!

I thought I purchased Chicago Blackhawks tickets from SeatGeek because I used their app, but got an email from UberSeat after placing the order so I guess UberSeat was the one that facilitated the order. Loved it. Got the confirmation and the e-tickets within an hour. I called the next day because I'd never heard of UberSeat and was hesitant that the name on the ticket was not mine, but the CSR assured me that was normal and it shouldn't be an issue. Gonna have fun at my game with my husband!

Great customer service and I was able to get through to them on the phone with no hassles. The rep I spoke to was very kind and considerate.

There was a little bit of a hiccup with my order because they didn't ship it out on time, but I got a courtesy discount of 10% and my clothes were shipped within 2 business days! Oh and I LOVE the dress I got!
