The website looks great, and looks American. But don't be fooled by the website. The merchandise ships from China, and takes forever to arrive, if it arrives. When my merchandise did not arrive after 30 days, they insisted I wait longer. Customer support refused to refund my money when merchandise had not arrived after 45 days. After 60 days and still no merchandise, I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company. Not cooperative at all, Will never buy from them again
