I ordered a special charm for a 50th Birthday and made it extremely clear about 3-4 times that I needed it for a certain date because I want to take it to Europe. We are leaving this coming Friday and now the Courier Company tells me the charm will arrive on Monday - are you serious? I contacted Soufeel and expressed my concerns and their comeback was to look on the Courier's website and my charm will be coming in a few days. Yes, a few days too late... I will never, never order from them again. Also, the first confirmation they sent me was for a completely different order for someone who lived across the Country at first I got excited because I thought my package would arrive on time, then to find out it was for someone else was very disappointing. Lesson learned, I will never order again at least not from this Company, Beware...
