I have purchased several items and when things go well it is a pleasure but I have purchased some items and received them either broken, wrong size or EXTREMELY late in arrival. I have emailed, chatted online and can not get a good customer service response! Pants that were purchased were too big even though I purchased U.S. size they were no where close and they refused to send the correct size as replacement and I would have to pay for shipping the wrong ones back... um NO! I have ordered a jacket and it has been sitting who knows where with a tracking showing its been at FEDEX since 30 December with no movement and FEDEX states all they have it the info showing it is suppose to be shipped to them! BANGGOODS says it is in the U.S. and FEDEX has it... how is that possible!
