Thieving pricks. Downloaded a 20 page manual to try to unlock my phone. I couldn't figure it out and returned the phone. I contacted cellunlocker.net and asked for a refund. Lol... gave me the "oh so sad, too bad no refund responce." Stole $29.99 from me. Douchebags. Shove it up your $#*!!

The only way you would've received a 20 page manual, is if you print out every single email from us when we send you troubleshooting methods after you respond to our emails with details of your device. As a third party company, we pay for each and every single order which is why we have a refund policy in effect. This refund policy must be met 100% for any refunds to be issued. For this reason, we provide our refund policy on our website for everyone to see and it's also provided to you before submitting your payment for your order. And I'm pretty sure we did not respond to your email with "oh so sad, too bad no refund". If you received that email from one of our representatives, please forward that to us so we can resolve the issue for you. Otherwise, if you meet our refund requirements, we have no reason to not refund your order. Thanks.
