You get what you pay for and then some! My one time order turned into a reoccurring charge for VIP membership? The only VIP I've got is "VERY INSANELY PISSED" crap company, with crap products and crap service. I'll take Victoria's Secret over this shady business any day!

That being said, it appears there has been a misunderstanding - the subscription to the VIP membership is not automatic. The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go-our one-time purchase option) customers select during checkout with their first order.
Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month. If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! Customers are free to cancel their membership online at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit.
