Hi, Roseann. As per checking with the ON you provided, it was already delivered. Do you have any orders that you want us to cancel? Anyways, fr your future reference, cancelling an order is fast and easy with our online cancellation form. You just need to log in to your account, go to "My Orders" screen then click the item you want to CANCEL and follow the online instructions. Just be reminded that your status will be updated within 60 mins and cancellation can only be done 6 hours AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. Also, "Online Cancellation" is not yet available via mobile app. Let us know what else we can do to help you.
