I foolishly placed an order for a phone with this company without looking at this companies reviews. The phone took a month to arrive, and when it did it arrived damaged, upon contacting this company, I was told to return it by registered post, at my expense and that I was responsible for the cost of replacing the screen, motherboard, or battery, and they would decide what extra I would have to pay. Also if you do place an order with them done bother trying to cancel as per their terms and conditions, as they will just ignore your cancellation.

I bought an elephone *******, from a different website and was pleased with the phone, I then decided to purchase p9000 from elephone.com after 6 weeks of waiting, and numerous emails asking when they were going to despatch my order with the only reply was twice both saying "soon" I decided to cancel and ask my credit company to chargeback. If they are legit, which could be doubtful, then their customer care leaves a great deal to be desired.

After contacting my credit card company and requesting a chargeback from this company as well as leaving negative comments about them on this site I was contacted by the seller advising he wad going to resend the correct order, after numerous emails it soon became apparent that this was just a further scam as after repeated requests for a tracking number nothing was forthcoming. It appears that nothing can be trusted on this site.

I have placed an order with this company before and it took7 weeks to arrive which they attributed to problems with a credit card. However the product was OK so i decided to try them again. I have now placed an order with them and have waited for overa month for my order and Ifound it nearly impossible to contact them.
