Last year we ordered some Christmas costumes and paid extra money for expedited shipping. The costumes never came. After a series of follow up and automated email responses, the costumes came 1 week after new year. Lol who needs Santa Costume after that? I really regret buying from this site. We even got fooled on joining the #patpat2018 photo contest, a marketing ploy to advertise their poor products via facebook. They said we won but when we followed up our prize, we received a tons of automated email response. Now i have to message each and everyone who liked & shared my patpat pictures that we fell in a bogus marketing scam.
