“Very bad shop!”

I ordered goods, the goods were necessary to a certain date. Passed 40 days, the goods didn't receive, asked to return money, they sent goods once again! Passed 20 more days... money doesn't want to return. Inadequate seller.
I order often goods in other Chinese shops, I receive goods in 11-25 days...
