Without notice, my annual fee jumped from just over $95 to $159. No documentation for price increase announced. Lady in customer service completed my refund request and said it may take 20 days. Less than two hours later, I got an e-mail denying my refund request.

I waited for 30 days and never got my order. I had to file a claim on my Paypal account for this transaction which was initiated through a Facebook ad.

Products are stylish and not very expensive, but if you have a problem and need customer service, don't hold your breath. One order for my wife arrived with two holes in the seams around the neck and when I finally got someone to answer the customer service line, they told me I had to take photos of the holes and e-mail them to their customer service department. Then then finally sent me a return merchandise request and credited the account about two weeks later.

Be very careful that you check their shipping costs twice before clicking to finalize your order. Twice now, I have clicked and requested normal delivery and when I reviewed my order, the 2-day shipping for $26.32 was highlighted. I called customer service and stayed on the line on hold for 32 minutes before I gave up. I sent a request for stopping the order by e-mail and have not heard back from them.

Once again, products are cheap, but nice. The customer service is beyond terrible.
