I had signed up for the 3 month service but did not realize there was an auto-renewal feature, until I discovered the charge on my acct. I was concerned that I would meet hassles to resolve this, but I was so wrong! I emailed CS and explained the situation, they immediately responded and refunded my money! And confirmed what they did. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased! I would definitely come back to them if I needed this service again. Many thanks!
