I bought a smartphone with high speed 5 days delevery bij DHL
After 14 day; s i did not have it, i start mailing
After 21 day's i did not have nothing, mailing again, no repsons at all
After 28 day's there come's a email from everbuying, they did not trust the payment, they
Asked me to send them a copy of my ID and CREDITCARD!
I called Mastercard and asked them if it is normal that they asked this, they said NEVER send a copy of ID and Creditcard!
Now Mastercard has start up everything to get my money back becouse this Everbuying is a very bad company, i never shout buy there anyting in future.
Tip for consumers:
they never send the product !
