It is indeed a genuine website because I myself have won quite a few products. But again, as another reviewer said, you need to have a lot of time and a lot of money because there is an increasing amount of headstrong people with deeper pockets who's ultimate motive is to win and not have a deal, and they will go to any extent just to win an auction. And NO they are not ROBOTS, they are just impossible people.
I also have some doubts about a MacBook that I won (yeah! I won a Macbook for $35 and spent about $100 worth bids) and it was delivered to me promptly from BestBuy (no complains there), the product was shipped end of May and delivered in June 2013. However to my surprise, when I checked the Macbook's 1 yr factory warranty on Apple's website using the computers serial number, it showed that my warranty is valid till Jan 2014! Where did 5 months go from the warranty? I use quite a bit of Apple products and they are very accurate about their Product warranty information so far. What I am wondering is that maybe Dealdash placed an order for a "re-furbished" Macbook to Bestbuy, because the warranty did tell me that the Macbook was not as new as of June 2013. It doesn't matter to me now because I sold that computer to get a higher config, but just wanted to point this out. As for genuinity, this website is indeed genuine. Go for smaller ticket products and you will be happy, and NO!, buying a humungous Bid Pack worth $500 dollars doesn't guarantee you a stellar win. I have seen people who have won 5000 Bid Pack dirt cheap, and then loosing all of it in a single auction (foolishly enough). You will have to play smart, and that requires plenty of spare time and sleepless nights and yes Patience which I don't think a lot of people have (including me). A word of wisdom- if you can spend this much money buying huge bid packs then you should probably go to amazon and buy the product at full retail, you will sleep well at night.
Hi Robin! Thanks again for your kind review. All items featured in our auctions are required to be brand new and shipped with the manufacturers warranty. I recommend you contact customer support with this information if you haven't already. While I realize you no longer have the product, it is worth looking into so that we can take measures to fix any issues with this order.
