Giffgaff is honestly one of the best mobile networks that I have been with for a long time. I have been with them for just over three years and I am very happy and satisfied with them. They have very good deals that range from £5 to £20 (It's currently going for £18 at the moment).

Giffgaff have something called "Goodybags" which will give you a mixture of minutes, texts and internet, but all of them includes free minutes and texts from giffgaff to giffgaff which last around a few months until you top up again. If you are that type of person who is more interested in data rather than minutes or texts, you can get something called a "Gigabag" which only include £5 for 500mb and £7.50 for 1gb.

You also have the freedom to change your top-up at anytime like topping up your giffgaff balance every month or changing your goodybag at anytime. If you are running low on mintues, texts or data, just simply top up, choose your goodybag and it will discard your previous goodybag for your current one.

You also get something on giffgaff that I have not seen before on other mobile websites, which is called "Payback". What this does is that you recommend giffgaff to your friends and family or even help your fellow members in our forums and they will give you payback points twice a year (June and December, I think).

You can do it by sending SIMs to your friends or family, share your personalised sim order page, recommend friends with your order name or even help out giffgaff members. It is that easy.

The giffgaff community is a wonderful place to be, whether if you are looking for tips or tricks or if you are stuck on a subject, they will always try and find different ways to help you. You can also keep up on the latest news and announcements, look for help and support, keeping up with service updates, write your own blogs or read reviews.

I would definitely recommend either a friend or a relative to giffgaff, mostly because of the great deals that they have on offer and they have a great community to help out with your problems.

Stay away from this company because as of late, their games are god awful and make you so frustrated and angry. I have owned EA games in the past and trust me, each one of them has been a disappointment so far. EA say that they know what is best for their gamers and honestly they are far from it. I do hope that they change their ways about the way that they make their games, but that is going to take a miracle and personally I'd wish that they would go bankrupt. But that is just my opinion, don't take it too seriously.

Recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 1:1 clone for around £135 with DHL shipping. There were a few delays before the item got fully shipped to the correct address. I got the item within seven days and I got to say, the build quality and performance of this mobile phone was excellent.

The only problem that it suffered was the android software itself (being on 4.3 jelly bean). It was very buggy and unresponsive at times. The battery compartment came so loose that the battery kept falling out, which was a big disappointment for me. I told AliExpress about the fault that I was having, so they asked me would I like to take it back for repair.

It cost me just under £15 to send it back to them and the repairing process just took over three months. I finally got the item back in mid September and I have had no problems since. They were very helpful with my complaint and was insured with a six month warranty.

I would definitely recommend this website to friends and family.

Tip for consumers:
When you are looking for an item that you want, make sure that you look at their feedback and their rank. If their feedback is either less than 50, 1 medal or have a descriptive background, do not bother with them because they are most likely to rip you off. I have had that problem several times in the past.

This shop is really good if you are a techie or even a person that loves films and CDs. The staff are helpful all the time and if you don't know what you are looking for, they are always there for your help. Their prices that they offer are reasonable. When it comes to selling your items, have a look on their website because on some occasions they will try to rip you off. If your item that you bought is faulty or the wrong item altogether, you can take it back within 28 days and you get a full 12 month warranty on all items

I would recommend this to a friend or a family member

While this website can offer you an OK deal to recycle your old phone for cash, sometimes, for me, I just think I can get a better offer somewhere else for my mobile phones. On the odd occasion, (I think I'm the only one who has had this problem) is that they try to lower the price for the phone that was originally offered on their website.

One bad experience I had with them a few years ago, was that I went onto their website and found a good deal for my Nokia 8800 (the price I got from them was £55). I thought that it a really good deal that I got from them and within a few days, they sent me their envelope to my old phone in and sent it back to them.

Then, within a few days after sending my phone off to mazuma mobile, I went onto their website and found out that the price that they given to me was lowered to £30 and they had "claimed" to have sent me an email, telling me that they to lower the price because of some weird fault that they allegedly found on my phone. I argued my case to mazuma that the phone was sent to them in good condition and there were no faults at all because I thoroughly checked the phone before I sent it off to mazuma mobile. They said that they could do nothing at this rate and that I had to deal with what I have and of course I wasn't really happy with it but I had to accept their given price.

To me, I think this website is very good and helpful because I have bought numerous games, a few game consoles and even pre-ordered Gran Turismo 5 (when it came out in 2010). Their shipping was really fast and well packaged.

You can also get a very good deals when you trade in your old games or consoles and you can put your money or points towards a new game/console. Recently, they have started to bring out smartphones and tablets at quite a good price (whether if they are new or used).

I would definitely recommend this to a friend or a family member.

While this website and really good and one of the best ad free websites ever, I wouldn't really recommend this to a friend. Partly, because of some of the items on there are not described properly or incorrect and mostly because of the lack of communication between the seller and the buyer.

One experience that I had with them was that I was looking for a Tower PC to buy and I had found one for roughly £30. The item and not been there for long (it was probably more than 12 hours, I think) and it was in the area that I lived in. I had actually phoned the person who was selling the computer and as soon as he answered me, he disconnected the phone call before I had the chance to ask him. I rang again and he told to **** off and go away (sorry for the language).

It's a good website but you would have to be careful on what you are buying or if you are negotiating with the seller.

I have had a real good experience with this website. EBay is really good to use and you can find what you need whether if the items you are looking for are modern or ancient. I would really recommend this to a friend no problem at all.

Ordered a mobile phone with the order number E************** on the 31st January 2014 and paid in full. Started to show processing on the 5th February 2014. It is now the 12th February and the item is still showing me "Processing", even though I paid the full amount and they took my money.

Also, I have heard nothing from them since the 9th Feb when I sent them a help ticket asking about what had happened to the item that I had ordered. This is very disappointing to me.
