The only good thing about this company is that customer service will respond within 24 hours.
After receiving the first half of my split shipment order, the second half arrived 10 days later, The product was poorly packaged, damaged, and empty. The product had left the building.
First, I was asked to send pictures to prove my claim. After several emails they suggested that I take the matter up with the USPS. Finally they offered a refund, but not once mentioned the possibility of just replacing the item. The final email from Banggood informed me that refund would be posted within 48 hours for about 60% of the price paid.
For my 2 cents worth, there are a lot of reputable companies out there to do business with. Unfortunately, Banggood is not one of them
