Anyone could cut up some foam pieces and stuff into a pillow. The foam shifts and the pillow does not keep its form. Have to almost daily try to shift the foam around so the pillow is not sideways. Pay more and get a quality pillow. There are a lot more options out there that are higher quality. I switched back to my old pillow so I wouldnt wake up in the morning with a neck issue.

Like other users, my lifetime access (originally purchased in 2004) was recently removed and now it shows I do not have a subscription anymore.

Response from Actualtests.com support:

We need any proof that payment has been made: either screenshot from credit card statement or confirmation email/receipt from your bank or the payment confirmation with transaction ID that we sent you at the time of purchase.

Only then we can find your payment and restore the access.

Since the subscription was purchased so long ago, the bank statements are no longer available. Would not repurchase from them, find some place that is more dependable. I'm guess they need some revenue so by shutting off previous lifetime purchases they can hope that people will re-purchase. NOT ME...

Company response:

Dear Customer, We are sorry after confirming with supplier, the item is only 1 M in length, we will change the description and title right away.So you receive correct item. Once again, there are no enough word can express how sorry we feel.

The have since updated their product page and closed my case with them without actually resolving my original issue in which I expected a certain product and was shipped something entirely different.
