“I used to love this site”

I used to love this site. They updated the website and now its horrible. It isn't as user friendly as it used to be. Big icons with big green tab to read more or shop now just doesn't work. Sometimes simpler is better the site was perfect for many years why change perfect.

“Ordered flowers for a funeral”
10/19/13

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Asked and made sure flowers would be there either day before the funeral or they said first thing in morning. Flowers never showed up 4pm they said were out for delivery. Offered to refund my early deliver fee no apology.
