Their website boasts about "... unmatched customer service... knowledgeable staff." I had to laugh at that one. Their employees have zero customer service training and couldn't care less about the customer.
I ordered a cat bed, was told through email it was on backorder, even though the website didn't mention this when I ordered. Then I heard nothing. I emailed a couple weeks later and asked what the status of my order was. Nothing. Wrote AGAIN and asked what was going on, did I have an order with them. I got an email saying it had (just) shipped.
