Made the mistake of ordering a couple shirts from this company and later found they were charging my credit card a monthly service fee. When I called to complain I was told when I completed the form for my shirts and clicked yes that I would like emails for deals they automatically charge you for this, in the fine print. They also tried to disassociate themselves from Cafepress, but when I asked what the name of the company was the woman said, Cafepress Price Club! They are crooks stay away.

Rita B. - We are terribly sorry to hear this. The Press Club is technically separate from CafePress.com. They have their own customer service and handle all their own transactions. The option to join the Press Club is given to you after checkout and by clicking "Yes" it does enroll you into the Press Club. You can contact the Press Club at service@cafepressclub.com or call them at 1-877-843-8082. Their hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-11pm (est).
