I ordered dress and gloves Feb 5th 2015. One months later, I still had no dress. I wrote so many e-mail to customer service, but no answer. I finally got e-mail them two weeks later and they told me because of chinese holiday. Okay. I am not chinese. How I supposed to know when is chinese holiday and the holiday effects for shipping time? The website NEVER mentioned about chinese holiday. I complained to them, of course. Then Jackie who work as a customer service decided to give me only 7$ discount late shipping time. It was a month ago. I still have not seen money back in my account and I still do not have the dress. Today is almost end of March. I was supposed to wear this dress for the event.
But, my event day messed up because I had nothing to wear. I hope at least quality is good. But I heard so many bad review from this company. I have been online shopping long time,, but this company has horrible horrible customer service. PLEASE BE CAREFUL before spend your money
