This happened to me twice. They cancelled my purchases for no reason. When emailed why they cancelled my purchase, they sent a $#*!ing automated response saying they need further verification. Fyi, i gave them the 6-digit verification code. They cancelled my order anyway. Called the bank to see what they could do. They bank said my payment got through. There was no problem from the bank. It is the $#*!ing tobi that's the problem! I kept emailing them and messaged them on Facebook (i was THAT desperate) but no one replied. No ONE! They couldn't care less the trouble their customers face. Worst customer service ever. Unhelpful! What a waste of time and money
