1.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS or ANY CHINESE COMPANY.
2.The cellphones are embedded with malware to steal your data. Malware will activate after about two weeks. Even after a complete factory reset the malware reinstalls automatically.
I am not your average joe consumer, I repair smartphones, macbooks, computers from HP, Sony, Dell etc. I know how to jaikbreak, root and install custom firmware.
3. I have gotten ripped off by this company twice. Latest is the HOMTOM HT7 which has battery issues and the malware.
4 I also never received part of my order and had to open a Paypal dispute.

Stay away from Oukitel cellphones.
They might look nice, have cool features and low prices!
There is a reason for this; they use the cheapest parts available!
Their customer service is non-existent.
Oh, do I need to mention their English level is poor?
Not only will you not be able to communicate if something goes wrong but they won't help in any case.
I bought the U10 back in August.
The first week the fingerprint reader was wonky at best.
Then the auto rotation feature would not work.
Touch screen was also laggy.
In December the micro USB port stopped functioning.
Now I can't charge the phone and it's just a damn paperweight!
I sent an email to Oukitel customer service since Everybuying.net warranty where I bought it from is only 3 months.
Oukitel customer service never replied.
I contacted them on Facebook; but their English level is low and they have not helped at all.

So DO NOT BUY Chinese phones. Sure the prices are cheap! But they break/don't work properly and in the end you lose your time and MONEY!

Bought a pre-sale phone a week before availability!
Day came to ship it, they don't have it in stock.
Told to wait another week or two.
If I hadn't cancelled it would have been at least a month to receive my order.
UNACCEPTABLE!
Bad first experience!

Update 8/4/2015
I received a reply from gearbest stating how sorry they were, and was going to send me 15 usd for my trouble.
So I thought well if they do that I will retract my review, but that too was a lie!
I had to open a dispute with Paypal to receive a refund!
