Just learned, after having purchased several items from this company, that their "return policy" is shameful at best. If you buy something that you receive and do not like - say the quality is poor- you can't return it to them. They tell you, "sell it on Google as it is not... worth effort for us to allow you to return the item."
One other time I tried to cancel an order within just a few minutes of placing it and was told I could not cancel the order.
I have made my last purchase from them.
Tip for consumers:
Check several other sites regarding the product before purchasing and then realize once you place the order the items is yours, like it or not. Outrageous that a company does not provide any way for you to contact them by telephone. Makes me think they are shady and car nothing about customers satisfaction.
