I recently made some purchases from an american company called " ELLUSIONIST. Magic beyond belief ". The price was reasonable and all goods were delivered on time and in perfect condition due to being packed as good as one would pack priceless fragile goods, This company shows customer care.

My daughter recently purchased books on line from booktopia and the hard cover editions at booktopia were cheaper than paper back versions in local book stores, the books ordered arrived in the time booktopia stated and due to the brilliant way booktopia packed them, they arrived in perfect condition. After more than four months I still still have not received my mlais red note phone back from deals machine, they told me to send it back for repairs and now they say they haven't got it even though I sent them a copy of the postal receipt which they acknowledged receiving. My advice to everyone would be to keep away from deals machine.
The reply that all letters of complaint get from deals machine is meaningless, they never act on what they promise, its as if another company is answering complaints for deals machine and treating would be customers very badly. I dont expect to ever get any help whatsoever from deals machine and I believe my phone is gone and I have been ripped off by deals machine
