Bear in mind that SeatGeek is just a ticket aggregator, meaning we list tickets but do not own them. That means the tickets you are purchasing are from a third party vendor. If you need to seek a refund for these tickets, please reach out to them. We will be more than happy to provide their contact info if you let us know which vendor you purchased them from.
