They sided with one of their business members, Tiner Properties, over me, even though I have pictures proving Tiner Properties lied and committed civil fraud. They do not care one hoot about consumers. It is just about defending their incompetent, corrupt member business. Below is a picture of my blocked gutter Tiner Properties' client caused by turning off the water in his backyard and then allowing his tree and ivy roots to invade my drain in search of water. Tiner has done nothing to clear my drains or the large root ball on his client's property blocking the flow of my runoff water to the street as required by law. Tiner said they did something but 1/23/24 pictures prove this is a lie.

This group has very few in person function. But now they are promoting a Christian religious group when they are supposed to be a social group, not a religious organization. When I objected to paying for this type of promotion, I was threatened with being thrown out of the group. This group needs to be sued for religious discrimination in violation of Title VII. NO, not everyone is a Christian fools.

This business just had the right wing Supreme Court rule that she has the right to not do wedding videos for LGBTQ people based on her Christian beliefs. First of all, Jesus Christ said nothing about LGBTQ people in his teachings so her claim he was against them is blasphemy and also perjury because she falsely represented Christ's teachings in court. Secondly, she has never had a LGBTQ person ask her to do a wedding video IN FACT SHE IS STILL IN THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP HER WEDDING VIDEO BUSINESS. Thus, she did not even have standing to bring this bigotry case. Also, she fails to mention that LGBTQ people are born that way so she is harassing and disrespecting God's creations like saying she will not serve people with blue eyes. Finally, there is one recent historical figure who really hated LGBTQ people and had them executed-Adolph Hitler. This woman is a Nazi, not a Christian. Please boycott this very bigoted business who is lying about Christian teachings and spreading hate.

Nextdoor has refused to put me back on their site for my own home. I have another Nextdoor account under my rental properties and Nextdoor threatened to delete that account when I posted a negative but very accurate posting regarding one of their advertised contractors. The reviews of businesses are very inaccurate because Nextdoor deletes all negative reviews AND threatens the people who write them with banishmnet.

Below is the letter I sent to the SFCU supervisory team about their atrocious service:
Dear Sir or Madam-
The Stanford Federal Credit Union is engaging in some very discriminatory lending practices. Over the last 2 years, I would bet $1,000 they have granted hundreds of mortgage loans or refinancing loans on property held in the trusts of deceased persons. Yet today I was denied a loan because the property I am trying to refinance is in the trust of my late husband. The reason given was the property is being held in an irrevocable trust. HOWEVER PER AN ESTATE ATTORNEY I CONTACTED LAST WEEK, THE MINUTE SOMEONE DIES THE TRUST BECOMES IRREVOCABLE. So why were loans made and refinancing granted on many properties held in the trusts of deceased persons but my loan was denied? All of the properties were in irrevocable trusts because the person had died. I firmly believe the real reason is my age, 68, my gender, female and the fact I am disabled. Also my late husband's heirs who will receive the property when I die are Native Americans. Again, I bet $1,000 the trustees on the other properties granted loans and refinancing were largely white males under 50 and not disabled. (Stanford Sleep Center diagnosed me as having severe sleep apnea in 2/7/22 making me legally classified as disabled.) The person rejecting my loan is Angel Evangelista. My impression is she was totally ignorant regarding the fact all trusts become irrevocable the minute someone dies and decided to severely punish me for bringing up this legal fact. Why is someone so ignorant of trust law overseeing the loan department?
I am demanding an immediate audit of the mortgage department which will show their discriminatory practices in regards to properties held in the trusts of deceased individuals. Literally, favors are played for some borrowers and other people illegally shunned.
To add insult to injury, before I even applied for the loan, I told the loan officer, JP, the property was held in the trust of my late husband and I wanted the loan to close in his trust with me listed as trustee. I asked him if Stanford handled this type of trust. He said yes, no problem and said Stanford handles lots of trust loans.
When the underwriter, Francis M started processing the loan, I stated to her in over 12 emails that the property to be refinanced was in my late husband's trust and I wanted the loan to close in his trust with me as the trustee. She accepted this input and proceeded to process and approve the loan.
Then in the very final hour before sending me the final loan sign off, Francis Manalili noted that I accurately reported on the trust information form that the trust was irrevocable as are ALL TRUSTS OF DECEASED PERSONS. Then Angel Evangelista illegally rejected the loan.
Let me just note I need to refinance $146,000 on a property worth $730,000 in a great Folsom, Ca. Neighborhood and always rented at a great rate. (Folsom has the highest per capita household income of any suburb in Sacramento County.) Both rents and property values are rising rapidly in Folsom and I just raised the rent. Also, I have a lot of liquid assets in my I. R. A., brokerage and annuity accounts, have an excellent income from social security and monthly I. R. A. Distributions and an excellent credit rating. SO DENYING ME THE LOAN IS NOT ONLY DISCRIMINATION BUT VERY, VERY BAD BUSINESS TURNING AWAY A GREAT LOAN.
I am a Certified Public Accountant, Alumni of Deloitte Touche one of the 4 largest public accounting firms in the U.S., a retired controller and internal auditor and active on Linked In and a Venture Capital group. My treatment not only breaks the law, it is turning away a great, profitable loan and is NOT winning friends or influencing people.
I am demanding my loan be granted and an audit of Stanford's mortgage department's loan practices be performed with emphasis on processing trust loans and compliance with discrimination laws.

THE LANDSCAPING SYSTEM SHOULD NEVER BE HOOKED UP DIRECTLY TO THE MAIN PER THE THREE PLUMBERS AND THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR. My contract with them stated "Work to run new line P. V. C. Main from garage to main feed. Move pressure reducing valve and connect sprinkler valve." Now Sam, the owner, is denying any responsibility for the error. First, please get another plumber to check the work they have done for you. And second, when you find out about all the errors they have made, file a complaint with their bond company, American Contractors Indemnity Co., Bond *******, and phone number *******695.

My letter to the CEO of Zoosk, Kelly Steckelberg:

I have put up with so much abuse from the men on the Zoosk dating site it is deplorable. One guy I had to block because he was blatantly asking me to go to bed with him AFTER I told him I was not interested. I have also had men get very angry when I tell them I am a progressive liberal and am not interested in dating conservative men and then calling me a liberal $#*! and even worse. I also have had men abruptly cancel dates when I have spent hours researching convenient places to meet and when I tell them their behavior was very rude, they have become very abusive. I have had men contact me just to tell me I am too old for them or they do not like my looks or I am too "active" implying women should not be interested in active sports when I have not even contacted them or even viewed their profile. WOMEN ABSOLUTELY HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO TELL THE ABOVE MEN THEIR BEHAVIOR IS VERY ABUSIVE AND INAPPROPRIATE!

Then, suddenly I am no longer receiving emails from Zoosk and can not get on the site. When I call, I am told my account has been blocked AND you absolutely refuse to give me any information on why I have been blocked. I demand not only a full refund from Zoosk but also $10,000 for being subjected to both the abuse of men on your site and abuse from Zoosk.

I had the extreme misfortune of attending the Meetup "Bay Area New Beginnings" in Menlo Park, Ca. On Thanksgiving Day. I was commenting on how good the mash potatoes were when a woman, along with a male side kick, started imposing her Ku Klux Klan views on everyone there. I calmly countered some of her blatant lies which included a religious slur against Muslims. I commented after her criticism of the Clinton Foundation, that the Foundation had gotten an award for its work in reducing Aids in Africa. This woman then said "Well I work for the Center for Disease Control and I know Muslims can not be taught to control Aids." I pointed out to her that much of Africa is actually Christian. Her remarks violate Meetup guidelines about racism (her prejudice against Africans) and religious discrimination but the host did nothing to shut her up and my fellow attendees were harassing ME to shut up instead of this far right racist kook. I sent an email to the host about this bad behavior and she just has ignored my concerns, not even posting a response. IF YOUR ARE A MINORITY, A FEMINIST OR EVEN A MODERATE REPUBLICAN, DO NOT ATTEND THIS MEETUP! When I expressed concerns about the Republican party's plans to cut Social Security and Medicare and just let seniors starve, this woman started grinning like it was funny! I just told the people present I was not putting up with anymore crap and left. What a bunch of racist, sexist, ageist pricks in this Meetup. BOYCOTT THEM!
