Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom just three weeks ago. I have received an email stating that I would receive the dress order two weeks after ordering. After two weeks have passed, I received an email stating that my order would take another week, which would put us a week before the event. Three days later, I received another email stating that they did not have the color we oredered, and would we like the color they have. What a waste of time. Absolutely dreadful!

I am so sorry to hear that you had trouble receiving your order. We do our best to ensure that every customer is updated as often as possible in regards to their order. We check with designers first to ensure they have the dress, as we do not keep every dress in stock. Usually, orders are shipped to you when we say they are shipped, but of course, sometimes there is a little troubleshooting involved.
