It has been a very frustrating experience! It has been one month since I placed an order for a rug. The rug is still not here! When I called a couple times, they were friendly and said they upgraded my shipping to "express"... It has been a Week and it is still not here!. Don't ever buy a gift expecting it to arrive on time! Thankfully is is just a rug for my son...
