Ordered from iHerb and product has not arrived, it has since been stopped at customs because iHerb shipped without the correct documentation.
When I asked them to assist, they told me that it is not their responsibility to ship but that of DHL, but DHL wouldnt be able to generate invoices and product info.
I did not order from DHL I ordered from iHerb and I expect them to at least have their documentation to DHL who is now completely confused from their client (iherb) where to get the correct documentation.
Zero customer service and places blame on their chosen shipping partner?
IHerb has my money and I have not received the product!
