I have been working with Voices.com for several years and for me it work has got better and better.

I'd like to mention though that I have a lurking feeling that some of the leads that come to you from India have a game going. They get longish demos done in lndian languages, which appear complete and usable. There may be no more than 4-5 responses, in some cases even a single response and the job never comes through. My conjecture is they use it for free. But I guess there is not much you can do about this. I often refrain from doing demos for such suspect leads.
