Ordered four items in early November, meant to be holiday gifts. I ordered so early because they clearly explained that shipping to the US could take a long time (12-25 business days). A package containing two of my items was received after Christmas ( a bit over the 25 business days mentioned by their site), and the items were not as described or pictured. Very poor quality workmanship and sizing was completely wrong. (I am 5'2,100 lbs, ordered a Medium to fit large, and the item is way too small). I had to open a ticket regarding the other 2 items, which they kept telling me would eventually get there. Now, nearly 3 months after making the order, and not receiving 2 of the 4 items, Rosegal is refusing to refund me the full amount paid for the items not received. They claim that it's the shipping company's fault, but given no email was ever sent notifying me the items had been shipped, this seems like a poor excuse. Either way, I paid for items not received and did not receive a full refund, and the items I did receive were not as pictured or described on their site. Awful experience.
