This was the very worst experience of my entire life.
I ordered an A-Line dress in burgundy from TBDress. When I received this dress, after an extra week of waiting, I opened the package to a bright red dress that was most certainly not an A-Line dress.
When I contacted them about it, I received an email that stated they were out of the office for the next two weeks. I had to wait and never received a reply. I ended up emailing them again regarding this situation. After about seven or eight emails back and forth, with my supplying close to a dozen photos proving that this dress was not at all what I ordered, they told me that they were unable to do anything for me. They said that their product was excellent and I didn't know what I was talking about.
Do NOT order from TBDress. Ever. This was the worst experience - both with the extremely poor quality and the seriously awful customer service.
