I ordered September 15th and it's now October 30. The package got shipped on October 1 and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted you guys multiple times but the only thing I get for answer is "Contact us if you package hasn't arrived on October 29" now I did. But I don't think I will ever get my package anymore. I'm waiting for 7 weeks now for just 4 cases..

If you choose free super saver shipping, it may take 10-20 BUSINESS days which means it can take up to 40 days to deliver. And the delivery of the packages is influenced by many factors – especially countries’ customs. If the customer clearance takes a long time, it may cause the delay of package. Super saver shipping company doesn’t update shipping status on their website so the packages can be tracked hardly.
