I placed an order on Aug. 8,2015 and it supposedly shipped the next morning Aug. 9. Here it is Sept. 18 and I still have not received my order. I contacted Banggood two times and they just respond by telling me to be exercising my patience. It supposedly got to the U.S. on 8/12, where is it?
