Left it up to my GF to rent for a two night stay at Shaver Lake,Ca. Arrived at 4pm, no heat, began calling customer service. 20 degrees. Probably 20 texts and phone calls, no results. Fast forward, following morning, 48 degrees in house, no heat. VaCasa hadn't paid the propane bill. They promised to comp the first night BFD. Now they won't acknowledge that promise. This Service is definitely the worst ever. Do not use!
Total scam, not getting my referral, dont waste your time or money. This site and others like it are designed for one thing, to take your money.
