You can't ask people to pay for quicker shipping (6 - 8 days) that means 6 - 8 days until the item arrives at your door step. That is how all businesses present shipping terms. It does not include "processing" time. That is false advertising. You need to change your shipping duration policy to a realistic time frame. People are relying on what you say. My son is now in tears over his Halloween costume. Thanks a bunch...
