Yext is such a rip off. Several weeks after paying them they dtill had not update the search engine sites. I have been going to each one myself and updating them. I don't know why YEXT isn't shut down for not following though.
Tip for consumers: Do not sing up. go to each search engine and update your own information;

Our services update your information automatically according to what is in your account. Additionally, only with our services is that information locked so that other sources can't go in and undo the changes that you make to your listings when you go to each site. I would love a chance to touch base with you on this and see where the disconnect is. Could you please give our Support Department a call? I'm confident we can solve your problem, but if you're not satisfied, a pro-rated refund for any unused services is always an option.
