I purchased a dishwasher online from them and it was to be delivered to my local store for pick up in 2 weeks at the latest and they would email me when it was ready for pick up. Two weeks and three days passed and no email, and yes I checked my junk email folder too. I called the online website number and asked them why I haven't been notified to pick up my order and he says it may be because it was sold at a special sale price and maybe back ordered. I asked how long should I wait before canceling the order and he said he couldn't give me a date. I told him I just wanted a rough estimate of time. I waited 2 more days and called to cancel my order so that I could purchase the dishwasher somewhere else and was stalled and put through the ringer to cancel. They even stated it was now ready for pick up at the store but no email notice was ever sent so I doubt that statement. They finally canceled the order and issued a REFUND, yes the charged my card early too. To top things off, the store called me about a week after it was cancelled and said my dishwasher was ready to be picked up. I told them the order was cancelled and they didn't have a clue it was. That told me that the Rep. I talked to on the phone lied when she said it was at the store ready for me. These people are pitiful.
