Instead of taking my gift card off of the subtotal they add it so I take a screenshot of my account I call I'm on the phone for 2 days with 10 different people including supervisors who have a snotty attitude specialist David specialist meliza supervisor who can't even see my balance people pretending their psychic and don't even look at what's going on they sit and bicker and say that my screenshots don't exist so if corporate doesn't respond in a normal manner I will take it to small claims there corporate office number is *******168

Thieves. Thier system is crap. I email to make sure the picture is right, they don't look at email for 3 weeks then send out cut off words, and only give store credit. I tried again but Thier templates are ridiculous unusable too. Refusing to issue a refund but have time to bicker in emails talking about no time to issue a refund! They are lucky I tried again... They don't offer refunds they sound like in store credit is the only option then say i agreed to that and they can't change it. Bs lying thieves. Im quite sure the good reviews are fake look at Google all bad

TOTAL F*ING $#*! JERKS! Sales is soooo stupid they don't explain things and argue and contradict each other all the time. The supervisor said he can't find my info cause i "won't give him my info"! I JUst gave him my name, email and company name! TOTAL a**HOLES! $#*!ED AND SALES ARE A*HOLES. ALL 5 OR 6 OF THOSE MEN! Customer support is just as stupid.

Ummmm well lets start with there are only 4 guys total on the site that are vegetarian! And 1 posted a picture! Waaaay too hard to find someone after such a long interview/survey.

This site does thorough criminal background checks of thier members! WAAYYY better than any other dating site out there! And so CHEAP too! Way better than Intelligator or anything u can buy online! They search 137 Nation-wide databases for ALL violence against people! Not just sex offenders and felons! Plus they have questions no other site asks!

After being with them 3 months and asking about sending 150,000 emails at one time, they finally tell me they don't allow purchased mailing lists no matter how good they are! Getting information from them the whole time was like pulling teeth! Alot of kindergarten responses! SUUUCH a stressful time in my life because of them! On the phone everyday at least twice per day! They messed up my upgrade /transfer and problems with the site ever since. They refused to re-do the transfer the right way and fix every little thing as we go along!

SCAMMERS! I have been trying to get a refund since October (Its Jan.)! They say they want the ticket number I gave to cancel the site, but of course they have de-activated my account so I can't get the ticket number! I asked several times for a refund before total cancellation! I gave my activiation information, personal information, etc... they should have my payment history no problem! HORRIBLE customer service! Very unprofessional! They answer on a cell phone in the car, do not transfer u because there is no one to transfer to! The pics on thier site are fake! Just a couple of kids.

SCAM! They only allow u to cancel on thier website, then they tell u to provide them with the email that u sent them to cancel... impossible.
