I bought a pair of new Adidas shoes yesterday from Bondi junction Westfield - Platypus shoes store and rang on the same night to let a staff member know that the shoes that were sold to me were faulty. She said she would put aside the same shoes with my name on them and that I told her I was coming in before 12 the following day. I got there and she went to look for them... she was at the back for a while and I knew something was up. She came back out saying they were so dirty that she wouldn't be able to sell them to me. So I asked her if I could see the dirty pair (I knew she was lying to me as she was shocked that I even asked her to bring out the dirty pair) and she went out the back to "get them" and she came back and said that they were all boxed away with tape and she could not get to them. She then rang another store at Bondi beach in which I had to take public transport down there.

I realised that she lied to my face numerous times! Excuses after excuses!

I travelled all the way from Pendle hill just to sort it out (1 hour and 20 mins). I rang the night before to let her know so it wasn't going to be a waste of time and travel. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that I have received as the staff member was not organised in making sure that the shoes were in store and in good condition. She was the same girl I spoke to on the phone to organise so there should not of been any mistakes. This is my first platypus experience and it will be the last.

Even after complaining to Head office of Platypus they just apologise and say they will pass on the feedback. My mistake was not telling the staff member that I knew she was lying to my face as she made me feel like an idiot.

Paid $210 AUD "free shipping" for a pair of NIKE trainers. I looked on the Australian Nike store and online and they sell them for &140 AUD. So I wondered why the price was so different.
THEY EFFING INCLUDE THE SHIPPING PRICE TO THE PRICE OF THE ITEM! SNEAKY SNEAKY!
I tried to resolve the issue by contacting ASOS on Facebook and their advice was to return the shoes to get a REFUND (thank god I can return them) however, to buy them again on ASOS and to mention the price matching on the ENGLISH NIKE SITE! Wtheck? Um I am dealing with ASOS Australia and they tell me they will price match UK nike store? REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! UK NIKE STORE WAS PRICED MORE THAN AUSTRALIA! WHY WOULD I LOOK ON THERE? I LIVE IN EFFING AUSTRALIA! Just please, stop... don't shop on ASOS.
