I ordered from dresslink and needed to have my order cancelled it has not yet shipped and i submitted an email asking if the order could be canclled I received an email back saying it was however when i go online order still shows pending I have reached out to dresslink through email and have got no other response also the number provided does not connect me to a live person live chat wont work either can anyone help me?
