I received a bag and advertising material with my Gymboree order a while back. Checked out the site and decided to order 3 dresses which were described as "like new". Hardly. All showed wash wear and the Justice knit dresses that were supposed to be size 10 were about a 6. I know Justice can run small so I ordered size 10 for my 7 yr old to grow into. Too small. Suspect they had been dried in the dryer when the care tag said hang dry. The Gap dress had a tag with the wrong size in it. Was probably an irregular bought at an outlet. This was not disclosed either. This after it took about a month to get this order... I took pictures of the flaws and was sent a prepaid mailer to return. I was so aggravated with this site that I just returned everything. No apology for their lack of quality control. And seeing the payback on the clothes you can send to them, I won't be doing that either. And I'm surprised Gymboree has entered into a relationship with them to promote them like that...
