I would rate this a zero if only it would allow me to. The customer service writes unintelligible responses, they do not respond to your questions, they take forever to respond whenever the message you send is not in their favor, the only form of contact for US customers is via email (which as I already mentioned is horribly unreliable). It has been since Nov 27th since I have last heard from them. If this ever gets resolved, I do not see ever purchasing from this site in my future. This is by far, the worst treatment and most untimely treatment I have ever received.
