I've made 3 purchases so far from NOMORERACK and were disappointed with 2. I still kept the order i wasn't happy with because i didn't want the returning hassle and chance of not getting back the same item which is a christmas gift for 1 of my daughters. Last purchase i made one of the items i received was not as advertised. I bought advertised 5600ma Power Bank Battery Backup and i received a 3300ma. Wrote customer care and i swore the reply i got was typed by a robot. No apologies what so ever and no explanation or solution as to what happen to my order. It's all about RETURNING. I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME! I do not think NOMORERACK gives a crap about costumer satisfaction. Would not be buying ever again from this site. Your LOSS NMR!
